Adverts with a high success rate should remain the same or similar. Adverts with a low success rate need to be improved.

Posting for Volunteers
Where to post ads. Check the Missions Board in the Recuitment and Talent Scouts category too as they will have a more up to date overview of who is posting what and where, and what ads they currently need to go out.
