How will the Bot distinguish those who are using the hashtag in their ordinary life and the hashtag in their capacity of Public Happiness Token?

The bot will be cross referencing against date, activity and location from activities posted by the user/s who the tokens will be released to.
For example: The activity was scheduled for the 8th April 2020, when created on our platform. The images with the hashtags should be posted on the same date with a +4 days leniency for late uploads. The system will then check the hashtags with the details posted on our platform.
