We’re looking for a base in London for our community, and others working on positive local action, can you uncover a gem for us?

Any size can be considered, ideally we’re looking for:
1500 - 3000 square foot,
under £12/ft/annum.
within zones 1 and 2 - to prevent us becoming a north or south London community
The best case scenario would be a building with a rent free period in exchange for renovating it.

the price per sq foot is excellent in that area, and the rent/month isnt too bad either. it is a big jump and i doubt they’d want to offer a rent free period. biggest downside is the £7,000 deposit they want. that’s …also a big jump
