This would need to be carefully implemented to prevent it appearing like spam.
My suggestion is that this would be a pop up window when a user navigates away from the page with three options in the footer for quick access to mobile users who are using the back buttons on their phones:
Are you
‘going’, ‘maybe’ and ‘not going’
Would this have any issues with popup blockers?
