Small Bug. Admin button doesn't work

Issue initially reported on https://publichappinessmovement.com/t/topic/1780. … In the hamburger menu, clicking the "Admin" link usually gets you to the admin page. However, if, during your browsing session, you've gone through the **home page** (publichappinessmovement.com), then clicking the "Admin" won't work: the admin page is briefly displayed, but you are immediately redirected to the page you just were. Example: 1. Go to https://publichappinessmovement.com/review 2. Navigate to the home page using the top left logo 3. Navigate to Tags using the hamburger menu 3. Navigate to Admin using the hamburger menu => the admin page is briefly displayed, but you are immediately redirected to the Tags page.

Nothing new since then.

This also breaks normal typing in the Admin section. It can be recreated in the Groups page when using the search bar.
