Goals:

Build an opensource platform which encourages local communities, globally to come together and take action around a theme/subject. (for example positive public action on the PHM site, or homelessness on the BTM site).

Integrate the site to operate seamlessly with Discourse for all communications and non-location specific coordination and action

Support other teams needing Reactjs support for projects and increasing their efficiency
