Add link in ban email to a thread where banned users can submit an appeal by replying to their ban email.
This is fairly simple to set up as people can submit a post via email so we just need to find the email url code for that thread and add ‘hit reply to submit an appeal’
The ‘appeals’ thread will be only visible to the highest trust group, and must be set to allow people to post in with suspended accounts (this will be the tricky part of this task).
This means that those who understand the eco-system and community best all have open access to all appeals making abuses of power by admins very difficult as their peers will be able to see and investigate.
