Yes, its the floating footer although on the homepage it’ll have different options so it’s probably easier to put a dumb floating footer over the top of the one you are building. The alternative is to code yours to recognise the homepage and return different options. These are just links to different pages.
I think it is best to code mine to recognise the homepage. I have the homepage route ready on the footer, I will complete it when I’m done with the homepage.
I would like us to schedule a meeting, so we can look at my progress so far and decide the next steps. Tomorrow after work would be great for me, 6:30 PM WAT (West African Time). We can schedule another day within the week if tomorrow won’t work for you
For me, and for now, this looks okay for Galaxy fold. There’s a lot to improve, most especially on the buttons. However, we can deploy the new homepage with this.
Let me know your thoughts.
Meanwhile, I will keep working on the other changes you asked for.
Yes, that looks good. Owners of the phone must know that they have to open their phone on a lot of sites to get the full experience and so i expect your design work here will exceed their expectations, which is always a great aim to achieve
I chatted with @BrandonS and here’s what he’d like to work on:
Our new homepage pulls stats from our wider community. You could create charts to visualise them for users.
So he’d be working on taking the numbers from where i enter them in i18n and turning them into graphs which appear in the pop up windows when users click on the numbers in the homepage.
@Marvelxy Can you show Brandon where the numbers would come from in the files, and what tech stack he’ll need to use to create the charts inside a Reactjs modal window
